:: GUARANTEE ::

ALCO-BUDDY warrants to you, the purchaser of the products accompanying this limited warranty, only that at the time of delivery and for a period of twelve (12) calendar months after delivery, the products shall be free of defects in workmanship and materials, provided, that, this limited warranty shall not apply:

(a) to damage caused by your or any third party's act, default or misuse of the products or by failure to follow any instructions supplied with the products (including but not limited to, misuse of the products through vandalism, fraudulent acts, or any other kind of malicious interference);

(b) where the products have been used in connection with or incorporated into equipment or materials the specification for which have not been approved in writing by ALCO-BUDDY;

(c) to products which are altered, modified or repaired in any place other than an ALCO-BUDDY facility or by persons not expressly authorized or approved in writing by ALCO-BUDDY; or

(d) To No fault founds, vandalism, clean/tune/test, damages, vandalism, upgrades, software updates and missing parts.

THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY GIVEN BY ALCO-BUDDY WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD OR PROVIDED BY ALCO-BUDDY. ALCO-BUDDY GIVES AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OTHER THAN THAT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN. NO REPRESENTATIVE OF ALCO-BUDDY IS AUTHORIZED TO GIVE OR MAKE ANY OTHER REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OR MODIFY THIS WARRANTY IN ANY WAY EXCEPT IN A WRITTEN AMENDMENT OF THIS WARRANTY SIGNED BY A DULY AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF ALCO-BUDDY WHICH MAKES SPECIFIC REFERENCE TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, ALCO-BUDDY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AS WELL AS ALL WARRANTIES ARISING BY USAGE OF TRADE, COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN RUNS TO YOU, THE RECIPIENT OF PRODUCTS.

:: EXTENDED WARRANTY PROGRAM::

1-year Extended Warranty $99.00 Covers defects in workmanship or materials. This warranty extension goes into effect after your original manufacturer's warranty expires, giving you an extra (1) year warranty on parts and labor. Extended Warranty does not cover decals or damage to the machine caused by: physical abuse, misapplication, vandalism, end users attempt to repair item, cleaning or routine maintenance. Currency changes by the federal government are not covered by any warranty. Alcobuddy sensors, bill acceptors, credit card readers or coin mechanisms, LCD advertising screen are not covered under the extended warranty.

2-year Extended Warranty $149.00 Covers defects in workmanship or materials. This warranty extension goes into effect after your original manufacturer's warranty expires, giving you an extra (2) year warranty on parts and labor. Extended Warranty does not cover decals or damage to the machine caused by: physical abuse, misapplication, vandalism, end users attempt to repair item, cleaning or routine maintenance. Currency changes by the federal government are not covered by any warranty. Alcobuddy sensors, bill acceptors, credit card readers or coin mechanisms, LCD advertising screen are not covered under the extended warranty.

3-year Extended Warranty $199.00 Covers defects in workmanship or materials. This warranty extension goes into effect after your original manufacturer's warranty expires, giving you an extra (3) year warranty on parts and labor. Extended Warranty does not cover decals or damage to the machine caused by: physical abuse, misapplication, vandalism, end users attempt to repair item, cleaning or routine maintenance. 5-year Extended Warranty $279.00 Covers defects in workmanship or materials. This warranty extension goes into effect after your original manufacturer's warranty expires, giving you an extra (5) year warranty on parts and labor. Extended Warranty does not cover decals or damage to the machine caused by: physical abuse, misapplication, vandalism, end users attempt to repair item, cleaning or routine maintenance. Currency changes by the federal government are not covered by any warranty. Alcobuddy sensors, bill acceptors, credit card readers or coin mechanisms, LCD advertising screen are not covered under the extended warranty.

If your covered part needs to be repaired, please call 888-925-2628 to obtain authorization to send it in for repair. If the covered part is not repairable it will be replaced by a part of equal or similar value. A replacement part may be new or refurbished. All parts under the extended warranty must be sent in for repair. There are no advance replacements under the extended warranty programs.
